You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and deep-dive financial analysis to support our regional growth initiatives. Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-term strategic planning processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to provide actionable financial insights for operational improvements.
- Support the regional leadership team with ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability margins across SEA operations.
- Drive process improvements to streamline financial reporting and enhance data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical financial data into strategic business insights.
- Experience in the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industry is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a multi-cultural regional environment.
