Responsibility
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding their AI/ML adoption on Google Cloud.
- Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment, tailored to client needs.
- Hands-on Engineering: Develop proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and production-grade AI applications using Google Cloudâs AI/ML toolkit.
- Customer Collaboration: Partner with client stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with Googleâs best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Fine-tune models for latency, cost, and accuracy, leveraging techniques like quantization, distillation, and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation, conduct workshops, and mentor customer teams on AI/ML best practices.
- Innovation Advocacy: Identify emerging AI trends and advocate for their adoption within customer roadmaps.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Googleâs product, research, and sales teams to feedback customer insights into product development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Advanced degrees preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years specializing in AI/ML, NLP, or generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and Google Cloud AI services (e.g., Vertex AI, AutoML).
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and big data tools (BigQuery, Spark).
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to debug complex AI systems and optimize models for production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal/written skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Customer Focus: Proven track record of driving customer success in pre-sales, post-sales, or consulting roles.
- Innovation Mindset: Passion for staying ahead of AI advancements (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and applying them creatively.
