Responsibility
- Proactively engage with potential members, both in-person and via phone/email, to promote gym memberships and services.
- Conduct facility tours, highlighting key features, equipment, and membership benefits to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring member satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute local marketing initiatives (e.g., promotions, community events).
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, member interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on fitness trends, membership packages, and industry best practices to deliver informed recommendations.
- Uphold the gym’s cleanliness, safety standards, and brand image at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (fitness industry experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate member needs.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., CRM software, email, spreadsheets).
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Outgoing, energetic personality with a genuine interest in health and fitness.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, marketing, or sports science is a bonus.
