Responsibility
- Process and record daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision.
- Assist cooperative members with account inquiries, savings management, and loan applications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with cooperative and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with clients to verify transaction details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and reconcile financial reports, including monthly statements and transaction summaries.
- Educate members on cooperative policies, savings plans, and loan terms to promote financial literacy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support audits, risk assessments, and fraud prevention measures.
- Provide administrative support, such as filing documents, generating receipts, and managing member databases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or cooperative administration.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with members and clients.
- Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of cooperative banking systems or microfinance operations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is advantageous.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local dialects are beneficial.
