Responsibility
- Develop and execute risk-based audit plans and programs to assess financial controls and processes.
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements, records, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify financial risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit findings and enhance financial governance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, accounting standards, and best practices in financial auditing.
- Assist in the development of internal audit policies and procedures to strengthen financial controls.
- Work closely with the night shift team to ensure seamless audit operations and timely deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CIA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial auditing, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using audit software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a night shift schedule.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Familiarity with industry-specific financial practices and emerging trends.
