Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess clients’ financial needs and goals
- Develop and present customized financial plans, including insurance, investments, and retirement strategies
- Educate clients on financial products and market trends to help them make informed decisions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through trust and professionalism
- Collaborate with AXA’s team of experts to stay updated on industry best practices
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to streamline client interactions and service delivery
- Participate in community outreach and financial literacy programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or education (teaching experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of financial products and services (training provided)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with digital tools is an advantage
- Willingness to obtain relevant financial certifications (e.g., insurance licensing)
- Resides in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia
