Responsibility
- Provide personalized financial planning and advisory services to clients, tailoring solutions to their unique needs and goals.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
- Educate clients on AXA’s financial products, including insurance, investments, and retirement planning, ensuring clarity and trust.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and AXA’s product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., underwriting, customer service) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance financial expertise and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record in sales, financial advisory, or client relationship management (preferably in insurance or banking).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with financial products (e.g., life insurance, mutual funds, annuities) and regulatory frameworks in the Philippines/Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital sales tools.
- Willingness to obtain relevant financial certifications (e.g., CFP, RFC) as part of career growth.
- Legal eligibility to work in Indonesia (for Bali-based candidates) or remote work compliance for Philippines-based advisors.
