Responsibility
- Process and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for invoice verification and approval.
- Prepare and submit financial reports on a regular basis.
- Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoicing in a timely manner.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and documented properly.
- Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial administration, invoicing, or accounts payable/receivable.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
