Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior management to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
- Streamline financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws in Indonesia.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
