Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and budget planning to support operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor junior finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy.
- Support external audits and tax reporting requirements in alignment with statutory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian (written and verbal communication is essential).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial management software/ERP systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure.
