Responsibility
- Process and record financial transactions accurately in the company’s accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring to ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify and approve invoices and expense reports.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of financial principles and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial reporting standards is a plus.
