Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Assist in cash management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in Big 4 firms or the insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AP/AR processes, and cash management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in a regional or multinational environment is a plus.
