Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • Assist in cash management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in Big 4 firms or the insurance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AP/AR processes, and cash management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Experience in a regional or multinational environment is a plus.
