Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage financial reporting and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with international teams and stakeholders, including travel and relocation as required.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
