Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of grant-funded projects, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial reports, and forecasts for educational programs.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with program managers to align financial strategies with project objectives.
- Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, with a focus on grants or non-profit sectors.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, ERP systems).
- Experience in the education sector or with international donors is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is a bonus.
