Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of automated financial workflows to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools to support executive decision-making.
- Partner with global stakeholders to identify key performance drivers and translate business trends into financial opportunities.
- Oversee the integrity of financial data, ensuring accuracy across automated reporting suites.
- Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at streamlining month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Translate complex technical requirements into accessible financial reporting frameworks for non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor team members on the use of data visualization tools and analytical best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) with a strong emphasis on data analytics.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing automation projects (e.g., RPA, Python, VBA, or SQL).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to senior leadership.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects within a multinational company environment.
