Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax.
- Conduct financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Implement and optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to consolidate financial data and reports for the MNC.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial KPIs, providing insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in a multinational or corporate environment.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with financial reporting, consolidation, and intercompany transactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse, cross-cultural team.
