Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, contracts, and benefits information.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to payroll and HR expenses.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as insurance providers and tax authorities, to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide general HR support, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the People Administration team in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
