Responsibility
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and invoice processing.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions with precision.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collection and disbursement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Monitor compliance with local taxation laws and company financial policies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero).
- Keen attention to detail and ability to identify financial inconsistencies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial data clearly.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing tight month-end deadlines.
- Experience in the Fintech or Payment Solutions industry is a significant advantage.
