Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze financial performance trends to support management decision-making.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to track company financial health.
- Ensure the integrity of financial data through rigorous reconciliation and auditing processes.
- Optimize internal financial controls and standard operating procedures for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide financial guidance for business initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as directed by leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
