Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical and operational support to retail partners and clients in assigned regions.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products, services, or equipment in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report field insights, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, including service reports, client feedback, and inventory checks.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of products or systems as required.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all field operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field support, retail operations, or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Familiarity with retail or consumer product environments is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions (Bali).
- Basic technical knowledge of products or equipment relevant to the role.
- Proficient in using mobile devices or tablets for reporting and data collection.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a relevant field is advantageous.
