Responsibility
- Supervise on-site execution of interior design projects to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to resolve on-site challenges and maintain project continuity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide detailed reports on project status, including progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the estimation team to review project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of safety on-site by enforcing safety policies and conducting regular safety briefings for the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design project supervision, construction management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Bachelorās degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
