Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for medical devices, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and safety checks on medical equipment to minimize downtime and extend device lifespan.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, coordinating with manufacturers or internal teams when necessary.
- Train healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical devices, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement equipment upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical device technology and industry regulations.
- Provide emergency support outside of regular business hours when critical equipment failures occur.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex medical equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations across Bali.
- Certification in medical device maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
