Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential restaurant partners in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to attract and onboard new business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, trends, and opportunities to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal team to track and report on field activities, leads, and conversions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service to partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for fieldwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and basic CRM tools.
