Responsibility

  • Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content, including reels, stories, and long-form videos, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and influencer teams to brainstorm and produce innovative content ideas that drive audience growth and interaction.
  • Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms to maximize reach and performance, including keyword research, hashtag strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all digital platforms, ensuring content is cohesive, on-brand, and visually appealing.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep our content fresh, relevant, and ahead of the competition.
  • Manage content calendars, deadlines, and publishing schedules to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or Social Media Manager, with a portfolio showcasing your work in video production, editing, and digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or iMovie) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences.
