Responsibility
- Assist senior designers in creating and refining fashion sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings.
- Support the development of seasonal collections by sourcing fabrics, trims, and materials.
- Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide style recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with custom designs.
- Coordinate fittings, alterations, and quality checks to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Organize and maintain design archives, sample libraries, and client records for easy reference.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders while adhering to design specifications.
- Assist in photoshoots, fashion shows, and marketing campaigns to showcase the brand’s aesthetic.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas to the design process.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in fashion design, internships, or client-facing roles (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD tools.
- Strong sketching and illustration skills with a keen eye for detail, color, and texture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion trends, sustainability, and innovative design techniques.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
