Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the food manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational targets and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Implement and monitor health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO, BRC).
  • Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless material flow and inventory management.
  • Drive initiatives to improve sustainability practices, including energy efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and operational metrics to senior management.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC) and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems, production planning software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
