Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of office spaces, restrooms, and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs, such as plumbing, electrical, or structural issues.
- Handle minor repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, and maintaining HVAC systems.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling programs in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, ensuring all tools and materials are available for efficient operations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
- Collaborate with facility managers to implement preventive maintenance schedules and improve operational efficiency.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure all work areas meet health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial, cleaning, or maintenance roles, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to use cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
