Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of facility management, including maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective facility upkeep.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, safety hazards, or compliance issues.
- Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation for facility-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Respond to emergency situations (e.g., power outages, equipment failures) and coordinate rapid resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incident reports, and inventory of facility assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility coordination, property management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
