Responsibility

  • Oversee the daily operations of facility management, including maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective facility upkeep.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, safety hazards, or compliance issues.
  • Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Respond to emergency situations (e.g., power outages, equipment failures) and coordinate rapid resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incident reports, and inventory of facility assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility coordination, property management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
