As the Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our manufacturing infrastructure, from utilities and maintenance systems to safety protocols and space utilization. Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, including maintenance, utilities, and security systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., GMP, ISO, OSHA) for healthcare manufacturing facilities.
- Manage budget planning and cost control for facility-related expenses, including vendor negotiations and contract management.
- Lead safety and emergency response programs, conducting regular audits and training to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Optimize space utilization and layout to enhance workflow efficiency and scalability.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, such as energy conservation, waste reduction, and green facility practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, EHS) to align facility operations with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environment.
- Proven track record in maintenance planning, budget management, and compliance audits.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001/14001, and OSHA standards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in a multicultural setting.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and BMS (Building Management Systems).
- Experience in project management for facility upgrades or expansions is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
