Responsibility
- Engage with potential donors in high-traffic public spaces, delivering compelling presentations about Plan Internationalās mission and programs.
- Build rapport and trust with diverse audiences, tailoring conversations to inspire long-term support and donations.
- Meet and exceed monthly fundraising targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Accurately record donor information and contributions using provided tools and systems.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, strategies, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance fundraising techniques, product knowledge, and compliance with ethical standards.
- Represent Plan International professionally at events, ensuring alignment with brand values and messaging.
- Stay updated on global and local initiatives to articulate the organizationās impact and urgency effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or fundraising (preferably face-to-face).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Passion for social causes, particularly childrenās rights, gender equality, or international development.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in fast-paced, outdoor environments.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to representing Plan International with integrity.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for campaigns or training.
