As an External Liaison Officer, you will leverage your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to represent Pekat in high-stakes meetings, events, and forums. Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Pekat and external stakeholders, including government bodies, industry associations, and community leaders.
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen partnerships and enhance Pekat’s visibility and reputation in Bali and beyond.
- Represent Pekat at industry events, conferences, and meetings, delivering presentations and negotiating agreements as needed.
- Monitor and analyze external trends, policies, and regulatory changes that may impact Pekat’s operations, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Communications, and Business Development, to ensure alignment and consistency in external messaging.
- Prepare and deliver reports on stakeholder engagement activities, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Organize and coordinate high-profile events, such as stakeholder forums, press conferences, and community outreach programs.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Pekat, upholding the company’s values and mission in all external interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in external relations, corporate communications, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government officials and industry leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
