Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders, manage stock levels, and support warehouse operations.
- Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation and labeling.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or Warehouse Assistant in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Valid forklift certification or license (preferred but not mandatory for training candidates).
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and order fulfillment.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and organize heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
