Responsibility
- Install wall decoration products (e.g., panels, wallpaper, moldings) with precision and attention to detail.
- Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fitting and alignment.
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling gaps, and priming to achieve a smooth finish.
- Apply paint, stains, or protective coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Collaborate with designers and clients to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Inspect completed work for quality, ensuring all installations meet industry standards.
- Provide recommendations for materials and techniques to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Wall Installer, Painter, or Decorator in residential or commercial settings.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment.
- Strong knowledge of materials, including wallpaper, panels, paints, and adhesives.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or design specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
