Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage exhibition projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Liaise with exhibitors, vendors, and internal teams to align on project requirements, timelines, and logistics.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Oversee on-site operations, including setup, teardown, and real-time troubleshooting to ensure flawless execution.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards for all events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in exhibition, event, or project management, preferably in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
- Familiarity with Bali’s event venues and local supplier networks is advantageous.
