Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor group-wide risk management policies and frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead sustainability initiatives, including ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting, carbon footprint reduction, and sustainable supply chain management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks across the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and recommend improvements.
- Prepare and present risk and sustainability reports to senior management and board members, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Drive awareness and training programs on risk management and sustainability practices for employees at all levels.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and technologies in risk management and sustainability to ensure Thomson Medical remains at the forefront of industry standards.
- Support the integration of risk and sustainability considerations into strategic business decisions and project planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Sustainability, Business Administration, Finance, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, PRM, CRISC, CSR-P) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in risk management, sustainability, compliance, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare, financial services, or corporate sector.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB), and risk management methodologies.
- Proven ability to develop and implement risk and sustainability strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with risk management software, data analytics tools, and sustainability reporting platforms is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
