Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute wellness programs and community engagement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance using KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Develop and maintain operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate progress and outcomes to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in program design and community outreach strategies.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to support program objectives.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and well-being through proactive engagement with diverse community groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, program management, or community engagement roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to track program metrics.
- Passion for wellness, social impact, and community development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
