Responsibility

  • Provide executive secretariat support to the Medical Services Department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as maintaining medical records, managing departmental budgets, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between medical staff, hospital management, and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Organize and oversee departmental events, training sessions, and conferences to enhance professional development and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve workflow and ensure adherence to hospital standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and distribution.
  • Provide operational support to medical teams, including handling patient inquiries, managing appointments, and resolving administrative issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
