Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all building services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Lead the maintenance and upgrade of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) installations in compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Monitor and renew all facility-related licenses, permits, and contracts to ensure legal and operational compliance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of club infrastructure and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute facility projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage the facility management budget, optimizing costs without compromising service quality.
- Provide leadership and training to the facility management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in hospitality, golf clubs, or luxury resorts.
- Proven track record in managing M&E systems, building services, and contract negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
