Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of hospital facilities, ensuring compliance with local and international safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for facility maintenance, upgrades, and expansions to support organizational growth and service delivery.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including procurement, performance evaluation, and contract negotiations for facility-related services.
- Lead cross-functional teams to address infrastructure needs, emergency preparedness, and sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards or inefficiencies.
- Optimize space utilization and resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior management to align facility development projects with the hospitalās long-term vision and budgetary constraints.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, industry standards, and ethical practices in all facility management activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a healthcare or large-scale institutional setting.
- Proven track record in project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination for facility-related initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, local Indonesian laws).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with sustainable practices and green building principles is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
