Responsibility
- Oversee and manage end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze order fulfillment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all distribution activities.

- Prepare and present reports on performance metrics and operational insights to management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce distribution, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using logistics and supply chain management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
