Responsibility
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and confidentiality.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders, including MLM and direct sales leaders.
- Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings, ensuring all logistics and preparations are seamless.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to support business growth and partnerships.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on trends within the MLM and direct sales sectors.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a leadership or sales-driven environment.
- Extensive network and deep understanding of the MLM and direct sales industry in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
