Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile robotics events, demonstrations, and activations across Bali and other key locations in Indonesia.
- Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, equipment setup, and on-site operations to ensure seamless, "white-glove" experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and sales, to align event objectives with business goals and technical requirements.
- Oversee event budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver cost-effective, high-impact results while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service before, during, and after events.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges in real-time, demonstrating adaptability and quick problem-solving to keep events running smoothly.
- Travel frequently across Bali and other regions in Indonesia to scout locations, manage setups, and oversee event execution.
- Gather post-event feedback, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to continuously improve future events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in event management, operations, or a related field, with a track record of successfully delivering high-profile events.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and logistical skills, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to flawless execution.
- Experience working with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate complex events from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of robotics, automation, or related technologies (a plus but not required).
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for event execution.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude—able to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
