Responsibility
- Assist in planning and executing high-profile events, roadshows, and brand activations for international clients.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, vendor management, and on-site operations.
- Develop engaging marketing collateral (digital and print) to promote events and drive attendance.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Monitor event performance metrics and provide post-event reports with actionable insights.
- Support social media and digital marketing campaigns to amplify event reach.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management for assigned projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends to propose innovative event concepts.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in events, marketing, or a similar role (internships count!).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, or basic design tools is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as events require.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
