Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-profile events from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align event objectives with business goals.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics to deliver events on time and within budget.
- Oversee event marketing and promotional activities to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Lead on-site event operations, including setup, coordination, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, speakers, and partners.
- Analyze post-event feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance event experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in event management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to manage client and vendor relationships.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar).
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
