As part of our dynamic team, you’ll assist in planning, coordinating, and executing charity events that enhance the lives of seniors. Enjoy a structured workweek (5.5 days, Monday to Saturday) with a competitive salary of up to $3,500/month and the chance to work in one of Bali’s most inspiring locations.

Responsibility
- Assist in planning and coordinating charity events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs for seniors.
- Liaise with vendors, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and material preparation.
- Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials (e.g., flyers, social media posts) for events.
- Maintain accurate records of event attendance, feedback, and post-event reports.
- Collaborate with the team to develop engaging content for charity campaigns.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a positive experience for participants and seniors.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management for assigned events.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Passion for charity work and improving the lives of seniors.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Proactive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in event coordination or volunteer work is advantageous but not required.
