As an Event & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, organizing, and executing high-impact events that align with our brandās vision. Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end event strategies, from conceptualization to post-event analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and sales pitches to secure event contracts and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless event execution and budget adherence.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to showcase event concepts, value propositions, and ROI to stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to innovate and stay ahead in Baliās competitive event and sales landscape.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction through personalized service and proactive communication.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue generated, and client feedback.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to deliver flawless events that exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in event management, sales, or a hybrid role, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or corporate sectors.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
