Responsibility
- Project Leadership: End-to-end management of ERP implementation, migration, or optimization projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with C-level executives, IT teams, and external vendors to define requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Risk & Resource Management: Identify project risks, mitigate issues, and allocate resources efficiently to maintain budget and quality standards.
- Change Management: Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and communication strategies for seamless ERP transitions.
- Process Improvement: Analyze business workflows to recommend ERP customizations or integrations that enhance efficiency.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track KPIs (e.g., ROI, downtime reduction) and present progress updates to stakeholders.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure ERP systems adhere to industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX) and data protection best practices.
- Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of ERP trends (e.g., cloud-based solutions, AI integration) and propose scalable upgrades.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in ERP project management, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain) and integration with CRM/BI tools.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or ERP-specific certifications (e.g., SAP Certified) are a strong plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage cross-cultural teams and influence decision-making at senior levels.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot ERP issues and optimize system performance.
- Communication: Fluent English (written/verbal) with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project management frameworks.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site in Badung or hybrid, with occasional regional travel.
