Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and local regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and safety audits to identify and mitigate workplace risks.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Provide EHS training and awareness programs for employees at all levels to promote a safety-first culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety standards into daily operations and project planning.
- Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, emissions, and chemical handling protocols.
- Maintain accurate EHS documentation, records, and metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging EHS trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure organizational readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in EHS roles within the chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with EHS frameworks such as ISO 45001, OSHA, or local Indonesian regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management software is a plus.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in Bali’s key industrial hubs with occasional site visits.
