Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing exceptional customer service to clients worldwide.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately document all interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance targets for call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and process efficiency.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive customer information.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduates (K-12 or College level) are encouraged to apply—no prior BPO experience required!
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools) and typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Residents of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) or willing to relocate.
