Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the design and development of water treatment systems
- Oversee the entire engineering lifecycle from concept to production and deployment
- Develop and implement engineering best practices, standards, and processes
- Collaborate with product management to translate customer needs into technical specifications
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery
- Drive innovation in water treatment technologies and sustainable engineering solutions
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering regulations and standards
- Represent the engineering team in cross-functional meetings and stakeholder presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related field)
- Minimum 7 years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in water treatment, purification, or related environmental technologies
- Strong project management skills with experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Experience with CAD software and engineering simulation tools
- Knowledge of Indonesian engineering regulations and standards
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
